Update 2.0

A semi-small update for better curses, adding a bit of new content and many bug fixes for v100

Changelog:

New Features

• Added a new curse : Curse of Autonomy
  
• Added a new curse : Curse of Misfortune
• Full curse descriptions now pop up when you reroll a curse
• Hovering over a weapon in the hud now displays it's full curse description
  
• Added the UNFORTUNATE EGGPLANT, whatever that means?

Reworks

• Reworked curse of substitution to be more fair
• Reworked curse of heat to spawn custom portals and not increment popolevel

Bugfixes

• Added many v100 compatibility fixes and bugfixes
• Curse of deceit and uncertainty are now fully seeded.
  
• Pact of the damned is now seeded fully
