Patch 1.1

Small patch for better PVP with the following changes:

• Added a new opt_LevelSize option that scales the size of levels, set to 66% of base level size by default
• Fixed compatibility issues for 9944 and 9940 that prevented the mod from running
• Fixed an issue with melting's ultra B causing weird dips in HP values
• Added support for melting's ultra A in PVP
• Frog ultras now remove player toxic immunity for characters that are not frog.
