Patch 1.1

Some small under-the-hood changes for mod compat and modded weeklies:

• Number of adaptation points gained per reroll ball can be adjusted via global variable
• The dynamic reroll and extra skill icon for rerolling skills can be toggled via global variable
• Increased compatibility with modded "folder mutations" such as neural network from lomuts or iris from defpack.
